Create Ticket in Desk on Creator Form submission.
So I read the post below and they discuss all sorts of integration except how to create a ticket:
My app sends an email to the Ticket channel in Desk but that creates a ticket for the Sender email address which is the authenticated Creator email address.
So I'm stuck trying to use Deluge to do this but my skills are virtually non-existent
Can anyone point me to anything that helps me achieve this? I would prefer not to resort to Zapier
