Create Zoho CRM task if no sales order for x days

Hi All

Hoping you guys can help me out with this flow. We want to create a flow that assigns the salesperson a CRM task to call a contact if they haven't ordered for X days.

Zoho books invoice trigger
If no new invoices for X days for that contact
create zoho CRM task for the salesperson

* if new invoice is created, the delay is reset
