Creating a new lead from Gmail

Creating a new lead from Gmail

We use to be able to create a lead straight from gmail.  We are able to search and see if the lead is a new one but once I've created the lead it's not pushing thru to Zoho.   Am I doing something wrong?  PNG is attached.
