Creator: How to fetch images attached to a record

Creator: How to fetch images attached to a record

Our technicians submit a Form before and after each job they work (see attached Form). Once the form is submitted, I want to do other things with the attached items. How can I make workflows with the attached items upon submit of the form? Can someone point me to the documentation or share an idea of I can do that with Deluge in Creator? Thanks!
*Example: We'd like to have the images/files from the Form's subform submissions sent to a SLACK Channel, but I couldn't make that work with Zoho Flow...Zapier maybe?
