Creator Mobile Menu: How to hide menu?

See attached images. When a customer portal user logs in they see this standard menu view, but I want them to be directed to our dashboard page shown in the second image with the blue buttons. How can I hide the mobile menu and show just my dashboard page? Is that possible?
