Creator record updated by script

Creator record updated by script

I have a Creator app where data is recieved every morning at 6 am, I want to run a Flow whenevr a record is updated and fire off some actions. However it appears that the Flow only triggers when a user updates a record, not a creator deluge script.
Can I get the Flow to work from a deluge updated record ?

Alternative is to use a schedule, but how can I iterate through each record from a schedule trigger ?
