We are resetting up the use of call logging within the CRM app on the outside reps phones.
Currently they are tied in the office to the CRM (desktop) and automatically log anytime someone calls our office. When someone calls our office and it "logs" we are also asked to add a "Description" of the call and can also do a "follow-Up," i.e. set a meeting, create a task, etc.....
Will this be carried over into the CRM app for androids? This way the reps don't have to do extra steps to log follow ups?
