We are looking for a CLOUD based CRM solution that will manage all contact details, travel history by type i.e. Cruise, Tour, Air, Resort etc (tabs to be created on the fly) and ability to store PDF or images of documents issued by the supplier such as Cruise confirmation etc. The CRM should have the ability to add multiple family members under a Lead (Client) as well as store in Tabs: • Credit card numbers • Frequent Flyer numbers • Special needs requests • Misc. other info such as travel requests, favourites, special needs (dietary, medical etc) It must be easily searchable by name, document, reservation number etc. The system must enable imports from Outlook pst or csv files and be accessible by multiple agents ou users with specifiuc permissions: Manger, Agent, Accounting etc.
