Cupport ticket via email for ZOHO CRM
We would like to update ZoHo CRM, using the CRM API, to create/insert/update HelpDesk/Other Zoho CRM tickets that are submitted/responded to (both email and web) via email. ZOHO CRM already has a web form for submitting tickets, but no email function
