Custom sections in Cases not visible

Custom sections in Cases not visible

I have added a couple of sections to my Cases page, the changes are saved and they show up in the APP version of CRM.

 However when I try to create a new case, the new sections do not show up.  How do I ensure these custom sections show on ZOHO web access as well?
