Custom SmallTalk : Cannot delete phrases

I created a duplicate small talk package and tried to add additional responses into an existing small talk phrase. This works fine.

But when I try to delete the old phrase, I notice that clicking on the delete does not work (it is not clickable) for any of the phrases.

I am using Firefox on Mac OS.
