You guys have a wonderful database platform. Please read the following description on what we need and please advise as soon as possible on how realistic this is using ZOHO and the estimated cost. WHAT WE NEED - Web based database accessible via password from any internet browser to be used for the purposes of managing student records such as: o File Notes on Students o Grades o Personal Details (to be automatically populated via a interface link from our shopping cart). Details to be communicated / extracted from the cart include: name, address, DOB, course name, payment method etc… o Upload student photo option o Ability to manually create a profile in the database for phone / mail enrolments - Integration interface (via API, php etc…) between our shopping cart (1shoppingcart.com) to populate our database with the details if customers that have just checked out. We need to have our online database populated with a selection of customer data from 1shoppingcart. The shopping cart we use has API functionality and can export excel spreadsheets so it should be possible. An integration example on the market (fulfilment mailing house) which shows this can be found at www.shipwire.com/help/1shoppingcart and other places. You MUST be familiar with API programming to take on this project. - Must be able to support import of Excel files at least initially so that we can populate the database with existing data which we can manually exported from our cart. Export of database to excel sheet is also important. - Ability to run report of how many entry’s belong to a particular course area or level, dates etc... to enable us to search which courses are most popular and the amount of enrolments in each course.
