Customer installed base

We import a range of machines from China and distribute them to customers in western europe. We need an app to register, maintain and service the machines we sold to our customer. With using ZOHO CRM and ZOHO Support I think we just miss the possibility to register the customer specific machine configuration of our installed base. SO when a customer reports a machine faillure, we can immediately see the all details of the customer, location and machine configuration.
