Customer Statement Template not matching when sending
Hi everyone!
So when I send statements to our customers via Zoho Books, the message that appears by default does not match what I have written on the template
Under settings -> email notifications -> sales -> customer statement
We have a single default template. But when I go to send a statement to a customer the template that appears is completely different from what the default template is
Does anyone know what the issue might be?
