Customizable Predefined Fields language in Zoho CRM Webforms

Dear Zoho CRM Support Team,

We are writing to request an enhancement to the webform builder functionality within Zoho CRM.

Currently, certain predefined fields within webforms, such as captcha prompts, reset buttons, and some other fields messages, are displayed in the same language set in the CRM's language settings.

This limitation restricts our ability to create webforms that fully align with the language preferences of our target audience.

To improve the flexibility and customization of webforms, we propose allowing users to modify the language of these predefined fields independently of the CRM's overall language settings. This would enable us to create webforms that are fully localized and resonate with our target audience.

By providing this feature, Zoho CRM can enhance the user experience and effectiveness of webforms for businesses with multilingual customer bases.
