Customize and configure Notification preview, action, sound, grouping, and lock screen preview

Hello All,

In the latest version of the Bigin iOS app users can customize notifications based on their requirement. Please find the different customizations below:

Notification preview:

Users can customize and configure notification preview. For e.g. if a notification related to a contact comes in, it’ll display a preview with user-configured details:

Notification action:

Users can customize and configure notification actions. For e.g. if a notification related to a task is triggered, users can configure an action like reschedule it or mark it as completed, from notification preview

Notification sound:

Notification sound can be configured 'By Organisation', 'By Type' or 'By App'

Notification group:

You can group the incoming notifications based on 'Organisation', 'By Type' or 'By App'.

Lock screen preview:

You can configure the ‘Lock Screen Preview’ to show 'Title' alone or 'Title and Organisation', or the default lock screen preview message.
