Customize Unattended Access General Preferences Settings per Group

Is there a way to customize the settings under the General > Preferences > Unattended Access section based on which group a device is in? In particular, we would like certain device groups to be able to uninstall from the Control Panel, while we would like others to not be able to uninstall.
