Dashboard shared to everyone with all data

Hi everyone!

We made a dashboard that shows the deals statistics, divided by territory. This works nicely for the administrators, but since other users are only allowed to see THEIR own deals, for them the dashboard comes up with limited data.

How can we make a dashboard that shows the statistics gathered from all the data, even what a user cannot normally see?

For example, user A can see only the deals for CountryA and user B can see only the deals for CountryB, but I want to build a dashboard that allows BOTH to see that CountryA has X deals while CountryB has Y deals (but not to have access to the details of the deals)
