Dashboards are now supported in the latest version of Bigin iOS mobile app and Bigin Mac app.

In the latest version of the Bigin iOS mobile app (v1.7.0) and Bigin Mac app (1.5.0), we have brought in support for Dashboards.

What are Dashboards?

Dashboards are a powerful tool for tracking and analyzing business performance, offering users a clear overview of progress through the use of charts and KPIs.

Dashboards in the Bigin mobile app

The addition of the Dashboards module now provides seamless access to the dashboards configured on the Bigin web application, making it even easier for users to monitor their business performance on the go.

The Bigin mobile app's Dashboard functionalities include:

Accurate insights with KPIs
Visualize data using charts of any style
Pre-built dashboards for all modules
Ability to share dashboards with others

The Bigin mobile app offers users three dashboard views: 'All dashboards', 'Shared with me', and 'Created by me'.

Users can view dashboards that have been shared with them by other users within the organization under the 'Shared with me' view, while they can access custom dashboards they have created on the Bigin web application under the 'Created by me' view.

As shown in the above images, the app comes with a set of default dashboards, including Overview, Pipelines Dashboard, Tasks Dashboard, Events Dashboard, Call Analytics, Email Analytics, and Calls by Users.

Additionally, users can share dashboard components directly from the mobile app, downloading the respective component as an image file (.png format) to their device.
