Dashboards - KPI report against fixed value

It would be great if we could create a KPI report comparing Closed Won deals against a specific value.

For example, our Sales Team have a target of £1,000,000 per annum however KPI reports currently only compare Closed Won Deals against a previous period, not a specified number.
