I need to create an input form that the user can enter data in fields if the data is not available in the table already. It can be a dropdown but it should also allow to enter a new entry. Some other fields will never change and will be selected from a dropdown. I have all the tables required but I need an easy way for the users to enter data to them. There are a lot of parent/child tables and the user should also be able to get the coordinates from a Google Maps by either linking to this page (http://xpous.com/gps.htm) and extracting the coordinates or any other similar approach.
