Data not appearing in CRM & CRM data not showing in Sales IQ

Data not appearing in CRM & CRM data not showing in Sales IQ

Hi, 

I'm using Zoho One so have access to paid verison of both Sales IQ and CRM. 

I send email to individuals via CRM. The emails I send i thought would track these leads with Sales IQ. 

I.E 

I email Joe Blogs from zoho crm. Joe Blogs opens the email and clicks link to visit my website. 

From CRM i know Joe Blogs opened the email. I get notified. 

Of all the people I email I know some of them visit the website. I would expect Joe Blogs name to appear not in Zoho Sales IQ. It does not. It appears as unique visitor ID. 

 How do i track the people who I emailed from CRM through to Sales IQ.
