Default Email Templates - Zoho Desk - iOS

Hello, Everyone!

In the latest iOS version(v2.8.11) of the Zoho Desk mobile app, we have enhanced and revamped the email templates functionality.

Here's what's new and improved:

Default Email Templates:
You can now mark a template as 'Default' directly from within the Desk app, as in the web version(desk.zoho.com). This new feature saves you time by eliminating the need to recreate the same content for each email.

Star/Un-star Email Templates:
This allows users to mark important templates with a star, making them easier to find and access when needed. Additionally, you can now reorder your starred templates by simply dragging and dropping them within the starred section for better organisation.

To access the above listed feature, please update the app to its latest version either by directly going on to the App Store or by using the link given below:
