Delayed Messages between iOS App and Web User

We are testing Sales IQ on a new website for a new company we are starting we will be on the move and not always at our desk so the ability to communicate with Website visitors in real-time from our phones is great. During our initial test, we have noticed a delay of around a minute for messages sent from the phone many messages never arrive on the web chat. Any idea what is causing this and how we can resolve it
