Delete Unsynced File in Windows

Delete Unsynced File in Windows

Hello,

I created a folder in WD that will only be used online. I then unsynced it from all of the computers connected to the WD. The problem is, even though it is unsynced, Windows will not allow me to delete this empty folder from any of the computers. I've attached the error messages. I'm deleting it with administrative privileges.
