Delivery date Bug

Hello,

Dear, is there any option to plan the bug? At the moment I can only see the expiration date in the calendar. but in a bug I have 2 important milestones:
1.- Development
2.- Development tests
I demand delivery date for each of these milestones, in order to deliver a date to my client.

Currently I have them in Excel spreadsheet, but it is getting a little complicated. I would like to have the option of planning the delivery dates and being able to enter the actual dates.

I realized that if I carry it by ZohoProject it does not allow me to plan the actual and planned dates either. In addition to the above, I have to enter IDs one by one and I can not see any information about the Bug, which is why my work is becoming very complicated.

With all this I would like to know what is the best option to plan Incident. Can it be by Bugtracker or is it by ZohoProject? If it is for Zoho Project ... can you indicate actual and planned date by task or by incident?
