Department-Specific Enablement for Zia Generative AI In Zoho Desk

Hello,

I would like to request a feature enhancement for Zoho Desk regarding the use of Zia Generative AI integrated with ChatGPT.

Current Issue:

Currently, when enabling Zia Generative AI, the setup applies universally across all departments. There is no option to enable or disable this feature for specific departments.

This is different from other features within Zoho Desk, such as Answer Bot and Anomaly Services, which allow for department-specific configurations.

Impact:

This limitation poses a challenge for us, as we aim to manage and conserve our spending on OpenAI services. To do so effectively, we need to be able to restrict the use of Zia Generative AI to certain departments only.

Request:

We would greatly appreciate the addition of a feature that allows the selective enablement of Zia Generative AI on a per-department basis. This would bring it in line with other features within Zoho Desk that offer similar granular control.

Implementing this feature would help us better manage our resources while still benefiting from the AI capabilities Zoho offers.
