We've been made aware that MS will deprecate the use of the basic authentication with M O365.

When this happens, we won't be able to use the SMTP settings in Zoho Desk, as this requires authentication by credentials.

Are there any plans to enhance this method of email deliverability, to have this similar to what we have in CRM?
