Desk and CRM section on chat disappeared

Desk and CRM section on chat disappeared

Hello,

We are setting up SalesIQ for our departments and it is integrated with Desk and CRM but we can not see the section that shows these integrations while agent is in a chat. How can we put that section back? It was showing on the chat window, right column, I think it was after "Activity" section
