BCT Partners has partnered our client to develop a online community to support 15 grantees who have been award the grants. Forward Promise, a new initiative of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is focused on promoting opportunities for the health and success of middle school- and high-school-aged boys and young men of color. Last year, the Foundation sought out the best ideas to help these young men succeed in life, school, and work, recognizing the limited positive options they have across most of these areas. The objectives of the system are as follows: - To develop an online “Community of Practice” that support grantees through online collaboration (i.e. Blogs, Discussions, Information Sharing, Networking, Support, and TA Plan Management). - To use a CRM to manage Grantee profiles, along with their associated Technical Assistance Plans designed to help them achieve the goals of their grant. - To develop system to manage request from grantees for on-on-one technical assistance support. - Leverage a system to create and manage surveys to evaluate grantee satisfaction of webinars and TA Our firm is looking for a developer with experience in the Zoho platform to: 1) Design a cost-effective architecture that achieves the goals defined in our requirements. 2) Provide an estimate to the level of effort and cost to develop and build such a system. 3) If the estimate is within our budget, BCT will approve the development and construction of the system.
