Differences in Zoho Billing when accessing it directly or via Zoho One.

We have noticed some interesting differences in our Zoho Billing account depending on how we log in to the application.    For example:

Logging in via https://zoho.com/billing
Logging in via https://one.zoho.com/billing

Using the same user ID, one sees different templates in the hosted payment pages area.     Is this to be expected?   As a Zoho One customer, should we only be logging in via the second url?    The problem with the second URL is that we are unable to switch from our live billing environment and our test billing environment.

Wondering what to do in this situation.
