Display name when emailing notes from notebook

When I use the email feature to share a note from notebook it uses a display name that is different from both my full name and my nick name. It shows the display name as "jay" (lowercase j). My full name on my account shows as "Jay Lastname". My nickname is "JayB". How can I get the email to display something different?
