Displaying multiple images in a Notes section

Displaying multiple images in a Notes section

Hi, I'm hoping someone may be able to help me with an issue I've run into. 

I have followed the guides provided by Zoho to successfully create a deluge code which displays an image in a note section based on a selection from a dropdown field.

However in my application instead of using a dropdown field, the selection is made from a checkbox field. The idea is that the notes field will show each image as it's selected in the checkbox field i.e. for each Hazard that is selected, the appropriate icon appears to the side. 

Is it possible do to this and if so, what amendments would I need to make to the deluge code to get the desired outcome?
