DKIM verification needed for unauthenticated email domains

Hi all,

 

This post is to inform users who are currently using unauthenticated email domains as their sender email for their notifications.

We have mandated DKIM verification for all domains used as sender email addresses for the outgoing emails by 01-Feb-2025 (Previously it was 01-Jan-2025, it has been extended now)This change is mainly implemented to address the vulnerability of unauthenticated domains, which are targeted by spammers and malicious actors who misuse email systems to send large volumes of unsolicited emails. Emails sent from unverified domains might either be rejected or end up in the recipients' spam folder.


To prevent this, Super admin/ admin can contact our support team (support@zohobookings.com) and they'll help you to get the DKIM verification. 

If you're unable to verify your domain within the given date, we will automatically change your sender email to our default notification email address (notification@zohobookings.com). This will ensure that your emails continue to get delivered without issues.

 

We kindly ask you to verify your domain as soon as possible if you haven't verified it yet.
