Document Merge not working?

Document Merge not working?

We use the document merge feature constantly during the day to prep reports for clients.

Its not working today - tried different entries, tried different documents, tried to send it to different email address, checked spam - nothing.

(For the past a month or two, we've been having random glitches: all of a sudden editing response via the email link stopped working and then started working again a couple of different times and now this)
