Document not saving

Document not saving

I entered a great deal of information on a spreadsheet and suddenly ZOHO showed 'working' with a spinning dial.  Then it returned the sheet with only the first entry.  Lost all my work.  How to save while working to avoid this?  Any way to retrieve a version?
