Document Security

Hi,

We are using ZOHO project and find it very useful.

We have couple of concerns about the data before we go for the advanced plans.

a. How are we assured that our data is being backed up regularly and can be recovered in case of any server crash or any unfortunate incident.

b. Data Security - We may have project sensitive data and documents. How are we assured that no one else is seeing those documents and access to the data is limited to our team. How is it assured that the data is not shared because of any security lapse.
