Is it just me, or has anyone else run into this?

I’m in sales, so I’m rarely at my desk. I’m usually in meetings, visiting clients, or travelling. One thing that genuinely frustrates me is that if a client asks me for a quotation, I can’t generate or download my Mail Merge quotation/proposal as a PDF from the Zoho CRM app. I always have to wait until I’m back at my laptop.

The strange part is that the app already lets me do almost everything else. I can create leads, accounts, deals, add products, and update information. It feels like I can complete 95% of my work from my phone but then I get stuck at the most important part because I can’t generate the quotation.

I’ve had multiple situations where a client asked for a quotation during a meeting, and I had to tell them I’d send it later simply because I couldn’t generate it from my phone. It would’ve been so much easier if I could create the PDF there and then.

Am I the only one who feels this is missing? I’d love to hear if other salespeople have experienced the same thing.

If enough of us think this would be useful, hopefully the Zoho team might consider adding Mail Merge PDF generation and downloading to the mobile app in a future update.
