Downloaded files: A central repository for all the downloaded presentations in your Show Android app

Hi All!

Locating files you've downloaded to your smartphone can be challenging and time-consuming.
To help you effortlessly download and manage presentations from your hand-held device, we have introduced the "View Downloaded files" section in our Show app for Android.

Using the Zoho Show app, you can download presentations as PPTX, PDF, or JPEG files and access them easily from a single location. This helps you quickly organize, track, and share presentations from your mobile device.

To download a presentation in your Show app, open the presentation, click the Share button at the top-right corner of your screen, and then select a file format. The presentation will appear in the View Downloaded files section under Settings

Note: If you choose the PDF or JPEG format, you do not have to sign in to our Show app. However, to export the slide deck in PPTX format, you will need to sign in to your Show account.

In the Downloaded files section, you will find that all your presentations are categorized into three sections according to file type: PPTX, PDF, and Images.

Download presentations to distribute them as a hard copy:

Let's say you want to print and distribute copies of your slide deck at a trade show. In such cases, you can convert your Zoho Show presentation to a PDF document. Show ensures these converted documents retain all your formats, fonts, and layout choices.

Additionally, the PDF format, which is supported in all devices and operating systems, is a great choice when your presentation uses lot of visuals. This is because images in a slide occupy more space than in a PDF version of that slide, so the presentation can be difficult to download or share. When you convert your Show slide deck to a PDF file, the document will be compressed, significantly reducing the file size.

Download presentations to share and spread your message:

If you need to share your Zoho Show slide deck with someone who uses PowerPoint, you can convert it to a PowerPoint presentation and share it.

The PowerPoint user can now edit objects, add animation effects, insert videos, preview the slides, and run a slideshow of the presentation in PowerPoint.

You can also choose the PPTX file format for downloading a slide deck that includes both vector and bitmap images.

Save the slide as an image:

Want to download a specific slide from your presentation using your Android device? You can easily convert your slide to a JPEG format and save it in your device.

Even better: the JPEG format occupies less space and loads instantly on a mobile screen while retaining the quality of your image.

Note: You can also share presentations in PDF and JPEG formats via any social platform using your Android device.

Save yourself time and stress by downloading presentations in the format you need to your Android device with just a click or a two!

For example, if the above data on its own, was presented visually, there is an 80% chance that the information
