We’d like to submit a feature request regarding the customization of the Help Center in Zoho Desk.
At present, Help Center customization options are quite limited through the Zoho Desk interface. While a few basic changes can be configured directly, most meaningful customization—such as layout changes, branding tweaks, or adjusting the structure and translation—requires direct editing of HTML and CSS. This creates a barrier for teams that do not have dedicated developers.
We kindly request the addition of a drag-and-drop visual editor for customizing the Help Center. The goal is to enable users—especially non-developers—to design and personalize their Help Center pages more easily, with no coding required.
We recommend looking into inspiration from Zoho Landing Page Builder, which already offers an excellent and user-friendly visual editor. Bringing similar capabilities into Zoho Desk would greatly enhance accessibility and flexibility.
Support for editing and translating section titles and UI text directly from the visual editor
Option to easily reorder and manage categories, sections, articles, and widgets
Empower non-technical users to fully manage and style their Help Center
Reduce reliance on developer resources
Improve brand consistency and customer experience
Increase adoption of the Help Center among organizations
We believe this enhancement will make a significant positive impact on usability and accessibility of Zoho Desk's Help Center customization.
