Application is mostly complete. Only thing that is needed is to add the scripting to a set of drop down menus.

Fields are as follows:
Theme
Artist
Print Name
Publisher
Product Number
Image

When user selects a Theme, the Artist drop down needs to only show artists for the selected Theme. It must also only show Print Names, and Publishers for the for the selected theme.

When user selects an Artist, the themes, print names, publishers must only show items that go with the selected artist.

Typically users will select in following order: Theme, Artist, Print Name

However, the menus must still work if users do not modify menus in this order. If a user just selects a print name, or inputs a product number, the form must update to show all the proper information in the other fields.

The image field must display an image on screen once a print name has been selected. This image will have already been uploaded to zoho.

Drop downs are to be selected in the order Theme, Artist, Print Name.

Once a print name is selected, the Product number and Image fields need to automatically update in the form. I also have a few miscellaneous things i need help on.
