Drop ship inventory throwing books off

I have Zoho Inventory synced with my Shopify website, it pulls data for stock availability for both stock we hold and stock that is held and drop shipped by the supplier. When that data syncs with Books opening balance, it is showing all the drop ship stock as our assets which results in our opening balance being 1 million dollars off the mark.

How do I isolate drop ship stock from showing in Books?

My account manager was asked this 4 weeks ago and we still don't have any resolution. Until this is resolved I simply cannot even begin to use Books. It would be a deal breaker.

Any tips or tricks greatly appreciated. Zoho really needs to implement a feature (if it hasn't already) so that these situations can be addressed. I note plenty of other forum posts going back 6 years with others asking the same question, this certainly isn't a rarity.
