DSGVO – Fortsetzung - Wir stellen vor: Anfragen von betroffenen Personen und weitere DSGVO-Konformitätsvoreinstellungen in Zoho CRM

Hallo Leute,

Im Anschluss an unseren vorherigen Beitrag hier ein paar weitere DSGVO-relevante Funktionen in Zoho CRM.

Anfragen betroffener Personen handhaben

Betroffene Personen können ihre Rechte über das Portal oder im Zuge der E-Mail- und telefonischen Kommunikation wahrnehmen. Ab jetzt können Sie Anfragen Ihrer betroffenen Personen nachverfolgen und diese fristgerecht in Zoho CRM bearbeiten.

Wechseln Sie zum Datenschutz-Register auf der Eintragsdetails-Seite (DSGVO-fähiger Module). Dort finden Sie den Abschnitt Betroffene-Personen-Anfragen.

Wenn die Anfrage per Telefon oder E-Mail einging, können Sie diese über die Eintragsdetails-Seite manuell hinzufügen.

Wenn betroffene Personen eine Anfrage per Portal stellen, wird die Anfrage automatisch dem zugehörigen Eintrag in Zoho CRM zugeordnet. Nachdem die Anfrage hinzugefügt wurde, können Sie geeignete Aktionen zur Erfüllung der Anfrage je nach Typ einleiten.

Ein Beispiel: Wenn Sie eine neue Anfrage zum Datenexport hinzufügen, werden Sie sofort aufgefordert, mit Hilfe von drei Schaltflächen auf die Anfrage zu reagieren – E-Mail senden, Anfrage schließen und Anfrage löschen. Wenn Sie auf E-Mail senden klicken, können Sie Ihre Mitteilung per E-Mail formulieren
Einblendung, wobei der Eintrag automatisch als CSV-Datei angehängt wird. Sie können die Anfrage auch löschen und sogar schließen, wenn dieser nachgegangen wurde.


Sie können Anfragen betroffener Personen auch im Überblick-Dashboard verfolgen – über
Einrichtung > Konformitätsvoreinstellungen > Überblick.

DSGVO-Konformitätsvoreinstellungen

Wir haben nun weitere Einstellungen zur Einwilligung und Handhabung personenbezogener Daten im Voreinstellungen-Register Ihrer DSGVO-Konformitätsvoreinstellungen hinzugefügt.


Wartezeit:

Wenn Sie Einwilligung als rechtliche Grundlage zur Verarbeitung von Daten Ihrer betroffenen Personen wählen, können Sie ein Einwilligungsformular zum Erlangen der Einwilligung in Zoho CRM versenken.

Unter Einwilligungseinstellungen können Sie nun eine Wartezeit zum Erlangen der Einwilligung festlegen. Nach Ablauf dieser Wartezeit wird der Eintrag in den Nicht-reagiert-Status überführt und automatisch gesperrt.

Aktionen, wenn keine Einwilligung erlangt wurde:

Sie können auch wählen, was mit einem Eintrag geschehen soll, wenn sich die Einwilligung im Ausstehend- oder Warten-Status befindet. Folgende Möglichkeiten stehen zur Auswahl:
  • Daten wie üblich verarbeiten
  • Datenverarbeitung stoppen
  • Bestimmte Aktionen wie E-Mail, Anruf, Bearbeitung, Datenzugriff per API etc. untersagen

Handhabung personenbezogener Daten:

Unter Handhabung personenbezogener Daten können Sie unterbinden, dass in personenbezogenen Feldern gespeicherte Daten zu anderen Zoho-Apps, Drittanbieterapps sowie durch Exporte übermittelt oder per API verarbeitet werden.
