Duplicate custom fields within contacts exclusively - buggy problem in mobile edition
Have an issue with duplicate fields displaying in individual contacts within the mobile app only. This is latest version running on an iphone 5.
Effectively, we created every field including addresses as custom fields, within both leads and contacts, so is no difference in the info displayed between the 2 different views. Only fields that aren't custom is names, title, mobile and phone. I know this is maybe an odd set up but it gets around some issues we've had forced by Zoho and works to date with the processes we apply to leads and contacts.
So, this set-up is bar a few niggles fine when utilised on a desk top. Problem with the mobile version is in contact, where leads displays as would be expected, but contacts effectively duplicates every one of the fields.
If i go to edit the drop down for a particular field within contacts, the drop down displays duplicate values, and when changed, actually changes both of the duplicate fields.
I need to fix this as it makes the contacts list appear very confusing and overly long. Any help appreciated!
