Duplicating a Site Update

Any other information on duplicating the original site? So that I can edit the "new" site after it is duplicated.

I'm half way there with -New Site >> Start from scratch >> pick the same template >> upload custom html and css from original site... Stuck
I need to import my body content, forms and menu pages (13 pages and subpages)
Any ideas. Its really strange not to see an answer out there on google or youtube (or anywhere else for that matter)
There's got to be other creative programmers out here. :)

Also tried - New Site >> import files >> upload files >> Stuck.. I'm either naming them wrong or don't have all the files imported (ie. js etc).
Does anyone know how to ftp into the files when you change the dns to be hosted at Zoho?
That would give me more options as well.
Thanks in advance to the one that answers this. I've been on trial and error for a while now.
