Dynamic Dropdowns?

Hello Zoho Gods and Goddesses!!

Can someone please let me know if the possibility exists to simply create dynamic dropdown lists in Forms. I'm pretty certain it can be done in Creator, but I have virtually ZERO coding knowledge.

I am developing a form that business owners can register their business to an online directory. The question I have is revolves around creating dropdowns for business MAIN CATEGORY then SUB CATEGORY.

A simple example for a Main Category would be: Automotive

But the Sub Categories would then include: Auto Repair, Auto Body, Auto Parts, Auto Sales....etc.

Naturally there will be different Sub Categories for each of the Main Categories. Ultimately we are looking at hundreds upon hundreds of possible combinations. That said, is there also a way to create a Global List for these dynamic menu options?

Please keep in mind, I am still very much a novice with Zoho, so 5th grade instruction would be greatly appreciated.
