E-mail notifications
I suggest either making e-mail notifications automatic for company members, and changing the current interface. My clients and subcontractors never figure out that you need to select the names in the current box, and therefor no one ever receives an e-mail notification about a new post, etc.
Check boxes would be more intuitive than a list of names to highlight - the current interface suggests that the names in the box are going to be notified.
As project lead- I would like the option to always be notified of any project activity.
