Email Domain Verification strangeness
Hi there,
So it appears that, in order to send emails from Backstage with a verified email domain / address etc. we have to use a premium license.
What's strange about that, is that we have that feature in just about every Zoho program under our Zoho One license, without additional cost.
So, for example, if I want to send invitations to a prospect list in Backstage, from Backstage, with a contact list created in Zoho CRM, it won't come from a verified email address and we can't select the sender...but if I send the invitation using Zoho CRM (or Campaigns) - the EXACT same list - it will be verified and I can choose the sender.
That seems strange, right?
I'd like to see more consistency between Zoho applications when it comes to some of these things.
