Email Update to Secondary Emails and Company Emails

We need the ability to send emails to secondary emails, in addition to the ability to email both primary and secondary email addresses at the same time!

We also need the ability to add emails to companies so that we can email a company instead of a contact is creating contact records for all companies makes things combersum! The argument that emails should be placed under a contact record makes no sense, or we couldn't add phone numbers to a company.
