Emails take up to 14 hours to arrive and often never arrive at all.
I've been on hold on your support phone for two hours. I spent an hour waiting to talk to somebody somebody finally picked up. They asked me to give them my ID number and when I found it, they were gone they didn't hang up. They just walked away from the phone never to return. Now I'm on the phone for the second hour waiting for somebody to pick up. What I wanna know is why did a critical email that had a huge impact on my wedding take 14 hours to arrive? This does not happen with any of my other email accounts and I have many. I can't even use my email address for two factor authentication, because 90% of the time the emails just do not show up. This time my wedding almost had to be canceled because of the 14 hour difference between the sending of the email and the receipt of the email. I can pointed out to you. There are other emails that that happened to you today as well. One of them is one I deleted and when I went back there it was again 14 hours after it was sent. They were both sent 14 hours ago and they both just showed up at exactly 2:26 PM mountain time after being sent at 10:26 PM yesterday mountain time. You people are destroying my life. I need a new email provider if you cannot start providing adequate service. Somebody please get back to me since I'm still on hold after an hour. If anyone in the community can recommend a better email provider, please do
